    @AGT: Twitter is basically a stream of consciosness kind of thing. You follow people of your choice. Other people follow people of their choice. Where the lines intersect we get friends. In the global scheme, Twitter is like a vast instant message conversation between hundreds of thousands of people using web, IM or text message. Like I said, it’s a stream of consciousness thing that allows you to communicate to the world instantaneously and filter in what other people are thinking, working on, etc.

    I say all that to say you have to use it to really get it. I know that was my experience.
